The procedure to follow depends on the current status of the release. Choose the one that suits your situation:
The release is already delivered to the platforms #
To take down your release from the Digital Music Services, please send an e-mail to [email protected] specifying the following:
- The UPC of the release(s) you want to takedown
- The stores on which you want your release(s) to be taken down.
- Why you want to take it down
Once ANS confirmed to have sent your takedown, please expect 2 to 5 business days for your releases to be removed from the stores.
Also note that your releases will be not removed at the same time from all stores. Each store takes a different amount of time to perform takedowns, according to their own capability to deal with the takedown requests they are addressed.
